Personal branding for founders

Personal branding for founders and business owners

B2B buyers check the person before they trust the company. We build a visible, credible presence for founders across LinkedIn, publications, your own blog and podcasts, written in your voice and aimed at the buyers you want.

Sound familiar?

  • Buyers Google you and find nothing

Before a big deal, prospects look up the founder. An empty LinkedIn profile and no published thinking costs trust.

  • No time to post consistently

You know you should be visible. Between sales, hiring and delivery, it never makes it to the top of the list.

  • Posting, but to the wrong people

Likes come from peers and other founders. The buyers you want never see it, or never reply.

What’s included

Four channels, run as one plan, with you spending about an hour or two a week.

  • Positioning

What you want to be known for, for whom, and the three or four topics you can credibly own. Everything else follows from this.

  • LinkedIn profile and posting

A profile rewritten for buyers, and a weekly posting plan written in your voice from short interviews with you.

  • Engagement with the right people

Comments and conversations with your buyers and their peers, so your posts reach the people you sell to.

  • Publications and guest articles

Bylined articles and expert comments pitched to industry publications. Editors decide what runs; we make the pitch worth running.

  • Founder blog

Long-form articles on your company website, under your name, that answer real buyer questions and build search visibility.

  • Podcasts and mentions

Guest spots on podcasts your buyers listen to, and quotes in industry coverage, with preparation for each.

How it works

  1. Voice and positioning interview

A long first conversation to capture how you think, talk and sell, and what you want to be known for.

  2. Profile and plan

Your LinkedIn profile rewritten and a three-month content and outreach plan agreed with you.

  3. Weekly rhythm

A short weekly call or voice note from you; drafts from us; nothing goes out without your approval.

  4. Pitching and review

Publication and podcast pitches go out monthly. Each month we review what reached buyers and adjust.

What we measure

Follower counts are easy to inflate and say little about buyers. We track signs that the right people are paying attention.

Is founder branding right for you?

A good fit if

  • You sell high-value, trust-led B2B services or products.
  • You have real opinions and experience worth sharing.
  • You can give an hour or two a week and approve drafts quickly.
  • You want visibility that builds over a year, not a viral post.

Probably not a fit if

  • You want someone to post generic content under your name without your input.
  • You want bought followers, engagement pods or paid “featured in” placements. We don’t do those.
  • You’re not comfortable being the public face of the company.

Questions about founder branding

Will the content actually sound like me?

That’s the point of the interviews. We write from your words, stories and opinions, and you approve everything. Most founders edit less after the first month, once we have your voice.

How much of my time does it take?

About one to two hours a week: a short call or voice notes, and reviewing drafts. Podcast appearances take extra time when they happen.

Can you guarantee articles in specific publications?

No. Editors decide what they publish. We pitch strong, relevant ideas to publications your buyers read, and we never pay for placements presented as editorial.

How does personal branding help lead generation?

Buyers trust people more than logos. A visible founder makes outreach and ads land better, shortens the trust-building part of sales, and gives AI tools more credible sources to cite about your company.

Is this the same as LinkedIn ghostwriting?

Ghostwriting is one part of it. We also handle positioning, engagement, publications, your blog and podcasts, so the posts are part of a plan rather than content for its own sake.
